- Completion of our business case for submission to St Albans City & District Council.
- To develop our revised Funding Strategy, with an appropriately experienced leader.
- To launch the Project website which will keep everyone informed of progress, showcasing the proposed new building.
- Develop the Concept Planning Tool, using the results of the 2016 Early Stage Consultation. This will inform the brief for the architect in the period 2018/19.
- Collection of data sets which are essential as evidence for the wider business case.
- Develop a marketing process for a wider public awareness of the Community Centre and its value for the Fleetville community.
